US-based Mega Company has successfully secured a €20.6 million loan facility for Mega Distribution Center, a 45,000 sqm logistic park located in Bucharest. 

JLL announced that Ben Rose has been appointed Head of Capital Markets for the Czech Republic. Resi Capital, PRS subsidiary of Cavatina Holding has bought an 11,590 sqm plot located on Tuwima Street in the New Center of Łódź area (Nowe Centrum Łodzi). JLL advised the vendor during this transaction.
