New leases

  • The tenant-mix of Warsaw's Promenada Shopping Centre has expanded to include the brands Kodano Optyk and Samsonite. In total, the new tenants will occupy 175 sqm of the facility.
  • Tomcat Hospitality has leased a 3,600 sqm retail space at One Gallery, a historic building restored by One United Properties in Bucharest. The lease term is 17 years, and the contract value amounts to €40.14 million excluding VAT.
  • LCP Properties has completed the commercialisation process for the M Park Olsztyn project. Contracts have been signed for six units, with a total GLA of 3,100 sqm. Tenants include Tedi (801 sqm), Sinsay (788 sqm), Pepco (549 sq m), Dealz (466 sqm), Rossmann (461 sqm) and JB Bałdyga/Cymes (91 sqm).

New appointments

  • Wojciech Galej, formerly Director of Realisation and then Member of the Management Board, has been appointed president of Interbiuro. The company specialises in the arrangement, design and realisation of office space for principals from various market sectors.
  • With effect from September 2024, Karol Wyka will join commercial real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Executive Board Director, Head of Office Department. His key responsibilities will include the leadership of the office team and preparation of the firm’s growth strategy in the office sector.
  • Agnieszka Hryniewiecka-Jachowicz, operations director and board member of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK), is retiring. She had been involved with the association since 2018.
