Real Management S.A. has closed the sale of the office and technology building Bolero Office Point 2, located at 4 Równoległa Street in Warsaw. The building has been acquired by Interpierre Europe Centrale, an SCPI managed by PAREF Gestion. The price has not been disclosed.

The number of property deals and the volumes transacted plunged in Q4 2022 in comparison to the final quarter of 2021 in major EMEA markets due to higher interest rates and financing costs amid surging inflation. Trigea nemovitostní fond has acquired City Logistics Wrocław II, an urban logistics park developed and managed by Panattoni. The asset is the second city logistics investment in Poland in Trigea’s portfolio. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
