Colliers International has announced the completion of its advisory role in helping Chassix, a global automotive supplier of precision casting and machining solutions, to establish a greenfield plant in the metropolis of the Moravian-Silesian region of the Czech Republic. 

The vacancy rate on the Budapest industrial market declined 2.2 percentage points q-o-q, reaching a record low of 5.9% at the end of Q1 2017. The Budapest Research Forum published its quarterly industrial market analysis.

Panattoni Europe has completed the construction of a modern logistics centre for Decathlon. The 32,000-square-metre investment is based in Łódź and is the company’s second central warehouse in Poland. 

Panattoni Europe is to build another distribution centre for Castorama Polska. The project, one of the biggest in Poland, will be delivered in Stryków. Contruction works will commence later this April. The lease was mediated by experts from JLL.

The departure of ICU Medical from the manufacturing complex in the southwestern Slovak city of Vráble, made a modern light–industrial facility available for sale on a vacant possession basis. The complex consists of facility with a gross usable area of 7,000 sqm and 3 ha of available land for further development The new owner, Slovak company TESGAL, provides surface treatments of metal parts used mostly in the automotive and consumer industry. 

With the sale of its 51% holding in the Aerozone logistics park to M7 CEREF I in Budapest, CA Immo has completed the strategic withdrawal from the logistics segment that began in 2012. Over the past few years, almost 500,000 sqm of logistical space in total has been sold in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Germany. 

P3 has raised the final column on 26,000 sqm of warehousing and offices at P3 Błonie park near Warsaw in Poland. The space is being developed on a BTS basis for Antalis, a distributor of paper, packaging systems and plastics for visual communication.

First Property Group has agreed to sell one of its three directly held properties in Romania, a logistics warehouse in Ploiesti, for €3.2 million.  The purchaser, Aquila Part Prod SRL is also the current occupier of the property. 

Prologis announced that it has signed two new lease agreements totalling 12,100 square metres at its second speculative development at Prologis Park Prague-Airport. The park is now 100-percent leased.
