Romanian IMPACT Developer & Contractor has recorded a gross profit of 16.7 million lei (€3.3 million) in the first quarter of 2022, up 49% compared to the same period of last year over higher residential sales.
Romania's Impact Developer & Contractor says it sold 430 residential units during 2021, of which pre-sold apartments sales gained 37% to 250 million lei (€50.5 million), while the rest of 183 units were worth 138 million (€27.8 million).
Property developer Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the Luxuria Residence complex in northern Bucharest, with an estimated market value of €150 million.
Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor said it plans to develop 1.25 million sqm by 2027, respectively over 10,000 homes in the medium - affordable segment, with an estimated market value of €1.4 billion without VAT.
Romania's Impact Developer & Contractor says it will kick off the construction of another 326 apartments in Greenfield Băneasa, while its total development pipeline in Romania will reach 2,707 residential units in all projects by year-end.
Arla Global Shared Services will move its local headquarters to the Punkt office building in Gdańsk. The company has leased nearly 10,000 sqm of space, to which it will move in early 2026.
Spanish clothing brand Zara, owned by Inditex, is closing its shop in the Wars Sawa Junior complex in Warsaw. Its place will be taken by Uniqlo, which has been operating in the facility as a pop-up store since 2021. The Japanese-origin clothing brand Uniqlo has so far been present in the complex in the form of a temporary shop of around 800 sqm. The space vacated by Zara has allowed the brand to occupy almost 1,800 sqm.
Sellpy has leased 6,000 sqm in Industra Park Arad, owned by Oresa Industra. The deal was brokered by Activ Property Services.

Colliers has announced the appointment of Grzegorz Sielewicz as Head of the Economic and Market Analysis Department for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). His role will cover Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Romania.
