Hagag Development Europe plans to invest over €130 million in Romania

Yitzhak Hagag, Co-Founder and Shareholder of Hagag Development Europe, spoke with Property Forum about the ongoing developments in Romania and the company's plan to invest around €130 million in the local property market in the upcoming years. Hagag also outlined the growing potential of the newly launched private offices division, which has already reached an occupancy rate above 60%.

Hagag enters private office segment in Bucharest

Real estate investor-developer Hagag Development Europe has launched H Private, the first investment of the company in the private office niche in Bucharest. In addition, the company has completed the business center - H Private Arghezi, which will be inaugurated at the beginning of next year, following a consolidated investment of around €1.5 million.

Aura Centrum Olsztyn (northern Poland) has opened a Rossmann drugstore in a new format. The shop has been enlarged and now occupies an area of over 540 sqm.
A showroom of the clothing brand Venezia has reopened in Galeria Warmińska in Olsztyn (northern Poland). As part of the relocation, the brand occupied a unit of more than 186 sqm, gaining additional space for the presentation of its product range.
Popeyes has opened its first drive-thru restaurant in Poland. The new 300 sq m unit was established in Szczecin, in the MMG Szczecin retail park.

New appointments

CPI Property Group announced the appointment of Agnieszka Baczyńska, the current Head of Leasing Retail, to the newly created position of Business Excellence Director in Poland. She will be responsible for implementing the operational efficiency strategy and monitoring its progress, as well as supervising projects related to business transformation.
Marta Busłajew joined the 7R team as Head of Marketing and Communications, where she will oversee the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies aligned with 7R's growth plans.
Savills announced that Wojciech Mazur has joined the Office Agency - Landlord Representation. He will support commercial property owners in the processes of leasing.
