Refurbished Turawa Park opens with new tenant-mix

Focus Estate Fund acquires shopping centre in southern Poland

With a total area (GLA) of 17,650 sqm, this is the seventh investment for the fund in the Polish retail sector. The seller of the property, TK Development was represented by Colliers International, while the buy side was backed by Czabański & Gałuszyński, Gleeds and KKLW. The price has not been disclosed.

New leases

  • Asana has expanded its office space at Wolf Marszałkowska in Warsaw three times. Plans for the coming months include further expansion to over 1,800 sqm.
  • The last vacant office in Kraków's Brain Park has been leased by Enprom. The Polish electrical engineering company will occupy 500 sqm of space on the eighth floor of building B.
  • Segro has extended its lease agreement with Bidfood, formerly Bidfood Farutex, at Segro Park Warsaw. Bidfood, a distributor of food and services to the HoReCa sector, remains on a 6,200 sqm warehouse and office lease for the next few years, with an additional 150 sqm office module.

New appointments

  • Balint Szécsényi has resigned as a member of GTC's supervisory board with immediate effect. The resignation was announced by the company's Board of Directors.
  • Katarzyna Jaworska has joined Colliers' office department, taking on the position of Associate Director. In her new role, Katarzyna will be responsible for office lease consultancy for public sector clients.
  • Krystian Pachówka joined AEW Europe as Head of Asset Management Logistics Poland in February this year. In the CEE region, AEW manages properties in the office, retail and logistics sectors.
