GTC reports €12 million net profit in Q1 2023

GTC’s adjusted EBITDA was €24 million in Q1 2023 (€26 million in Q1 2022), while net profit amounted to €12 million in Q1 2023 (€15 million in Q1 2022). The decrease mainly resulted from lower gross margin from operations and loss from revaluation, partially offset by lower finance costs and foreign exchange gain.

MLP Group’s portfolio exceeds 1 million sqm

MLP Group presented the results for the first quarter of 2023. During the period, consolidated revenue rose 51% yoy, to PLN 94.7 million, driven by increases in both leased area and rental rates. At the same time, the Group’s EBITDA (without revaluation of investment properties) improved by 59%, to PLN 47.8 million. In the first quarter of 2023, MLP Group earned a net profit of PLN 26.1 million. Since the beginning of the year, the Group’s net asset value (NAV) has gone up 1%, to more than PLN 2.5 billion. The value of investment property also rose 1%, to close to PLN 4.5 billion.

P3 Group presents record operational results for 2022

P3 Group has announced record operational results and strong financials for the full year 2022. The European investor and developer of warehouse properties increased Gross Asset Value to €8.3 billion, only modestly impacted by a 2.3% valuation decline. Operationally, the company’s portfolio grew to 7.6 million sqm across 11 European countries, registering an all-time high occupancy rate of 98%.

CPI Property Group's portfolio value reaches €20.9 billion

Immofinanz reports €142 million net profit for 2022

Immofinanz Group delivered very good operating performance in 2022 in spite of the challenging environment. Sustainable FFO 1 from the standing investment business rose by 21.7%. Rental income increased by 5.4% to €300.2 million and the results of asset management by 7.2% to €226.1 million. The Group also has a very solid capital base with an equity ratio of 47.9% and conservative debt with a net LTV of 40.7%.

MLP Group reaches PLN 4.4 billion in assets

MLP Group has published its 2022 performance figures. The Group’s Net Assets Value (NAV) went up 37%, to just under PLN 2.5 billion (€532.6 million). The value of its investment properties rose 31%, to more than PLN 4.4 billion (€945 million). Consolidated revenue improved 39% yoy, to PLN 279.1 million (€59.5 million), driven by an increase in leased area combined with higher rental rates. Rental income from investment properties increased by 31%, to PLN 152.9 million. At the same time, the Group’s EBITDA (without revaluation of investment properties) improved by 47%, to PLN 135.1 million (€28.8 million). Last year, MLP Group earned PLN 422.4 million (€90.1 million) in net profit.

KGAL reports strong results for 2022

In 2022, KGAL’s new business volume reached almost €1.9 billion across all asset classes. The renewable energy funds exceeded their return targets by approximately 100 percent on average, the impact residential real estate fund, KGAL Core 5 LIFE, got off to a strong start and the aviation team took advantage of the industry’s comeback, securing 16 aircraft operating leases. New leases

  • Eracent, an IT company, has renewed its lease at the Business Garden complex in Warsaw. The company occupies nearly 600 sqm of space in the facility. Brochocki Real Estate law firm represented the tenant in the transaction.
  • Knight Frank has located its Polish headquarters in the Vibe building in Warsaw's Wola district. The office occupies the entire ninth floor of the building and offers nearly 1,000 sqm of space.
  • Logistics operator DB Schenker has leased an additional 9,800 sqm in the Hillwood Rawicz (western Poland) logistics centre. The tenant has been operating from the centre since the autumn of last year when it opened a service centre with an area of over 17,000 sqm for a manufacturer of optical products.

New appointments

  • Piotr Krysztopa, a specialist in building technology and energy efficiency, is joining Avison Young's technical consulting department. He will strengthen the firm's expertise in data analytics and ESG solutions.
  • Leszek Stankiewicz has been appointed CEO of YIT in Poland as of 9th of April. YIT is the largest property developer in Finland, present in eight European countries. In Poland, the company has investments in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Kraków.
  • Paweł Dobrowolski takes over as head of the office department at CBRE Poland, replacing Łukasz Kałędkiewicz. Alexander Hofmann becomes the new head of the Warsaw office tenant representation team.
