Panattoni Europe has launched a new project, Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III, which is with close to 68,500 sqm is the largest investment project in the Podbeskidzie region. The complex has already secured its first tenants, including Seifert Logistics Group (7,500 sqm) and an interior design company (3,600 sqm), who will be able to move into the facility in spring 2019.

Accolade Group will invest €8.6 million in the construction of a new industrial park near Zdice, right at exit 28 from the D5 motorway from Prague to Plzeň. The project will offer 12,100 sqm of leasable space and might start operating by 2020 or earlier.

Excavators have entered the construction site of the office building Face2Face Business Campus located in Katowice. The new project of Echo Investment will offer 21,000 sqm of space.

Skanska has opened its fifth office building in Wroclaw. The 18,000 sqm Green2Day complex’s tenants include KPMG, Ultimo, Tieto, Natek and Enel-Med. The Business Link, a coworking network, is also establishing a branch in the building.

Chapman Taylor’s design for a mixed-use community in Budapest has been unveiled. The urban regeneration masterplan would transform a derelict former slaughterhouse complex into a dynamic residential and office district with complementary retail and leisure provision and two underground levels of parking.
