Property group NEPI Rockcastle has priced a green €500 million unsecured long 7-year Eurobond maturing in January 2032 through its subsidiary NE Property.
German department store chain Woolworth has signed a lease agreement for almost 1,000 sqm in the Galeria Słoneczna shopping centre in Radom (central Poland). The new store, which will be Woolworth’s first in the city, will start operating in December.
PIB Group has joined the group of tenants at the West 4 Business Hub facility in Wrocław. The insurance company's new office will be arranged on the third floor of the facility, with approximately 1,200 sq m of space. PIB Group will move into the complex in November 2024. Brookfield Partners advised in the negotiation process.
Terg, the owner of the Media Expert chain of electronic goods stores, has renewed its lease of 1,800 sqm in Gdańsk Logistic I warehouse complex.
New appointments
Magdalena Frąckowiak has become a new member of GTC's Supervisory Board, replacing Sławomir Niemierka. She is an attorney-at-law with more than 15 years of professional experience in legal advice in commercial, corporate, M&A and financing matters.
Julita Kubalska was promoted to Head of Leasing Retail at GTC in Poland and will be responsible for the commercialization of Galeria Północna and Galeria Jurajska. She is a manager with more than 18 years of experience in the retail and commercial real estate industry, having experience on both the tenant and shopping centre side. She has been with GTC since 2022.
Paweł Zieliński has joined the Office Agency team of Avison Young as a Senior Consultant. With years of experience in the office leasing market, he has worked with companies like Dom Development, Nuvalu, and most recently, CPI Property Group.
