Ghelamco sells hotel part of The Warsaw HUB complex

Ghelamco has announced closing the deal concerning the sale of a high-rise building at Rondo Daszyńskiego, which houses hotels of the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Express Inn chains. The buyer is the French fund Corum XL. This is the third and final building sold from Ghelamco’s portfolio in The Warsaw HUB. The price has not been disclosed.

Popeyes has opened its first drive-thru restaurant in Poland. The new 300 sq m unit was established in Szczecin, in the MMG Szczecin retail park.
The Marszałkowska Centre in Warsaw will expand in 2025 with the addition of a Zdrofit fitness club, which will occupy almost 1,900 sqm.
Lider Plac Zabaw has joined the group of tenants of the NoVa Park shopping centre in Gorzów (western Poland). The children's entertainment venue occupies a 600 sqm unit.

New appointments

CPI Property Group announced the appointment of Agnieszka Baczyńska, the current Head of Leasing Retail, to the newly created position of Business Excellence Director in Poland. She will be responsible for implementing the operational efficiency strategy and monitoring its progress, as well as supervising projects related to business transformation.

Savills announced that Wojciech Mazur has joined the Office Agency - Landlord Representation. He will support commercial property owners in the processes of leasing.
