Prague’s modern office stock located within a 10-minute walking distance from a metro station grew from 2.54 million sqm to 2.69 million sqm between Q4 2017 and Q1 2019, taking the amount of Prague offices located within this walking distance to 77% of the total stock, according to the third annual edition of the Prague Office Metro Map from Colliers International Czech Republic.

Colliers International is to manage the Graffit office building, located in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Zeus Capital Management acquired the property in January 2019 and is managing it on behalf of a selected group of investors.  

The share of food & beverages in modern shopping centres in Sofia is two to three times below the European benchmark, according to the latest report by Colliers International. From 5% a decade ago, it grew to 10-15% of GLA in European cities in present times and is forecasted to reach 20% by 2025. The share of F&B in Sofia shopping centres is about 6% or 20,000 sqm of the total space.

During Q1 2019, some 168,300 sqm of warehouse space was completed on the Czech industrial market. In year on year comparison, this was a 20% decrease, but in longer term comparison, the completions level was 25% above 5-year average, according to Colliers International.

Although the results of this year’s first quarter have been weaker than expected on the CEE investment market, this does not automatically mean than a slowdown has started. The Romanian industrial and logistics market has grown remarkably, in as far as the intensity of both developments and national freight transport is concerned. According to Colliers International, the most active logistics hubs besides Bucharest are Constanta – the easternmost urban centre, Alba – located almost centrally and Timis – the most western county in Romania, as these four markets together account for almost a quarter of the national goods transported in Romania via roads.
