Panattoni has finalized the sale of Panattoni Park Tricity South II to Clarion Partners Europe – a company specialising in the investment and management of logistics and industrial properties - for €59 million.
Assa Abloy Opening Solutions Poland has extended its lease agreement at the Eximius Park office complex in Kraków. The company has also decided to increase its leased area to approximately 3,800 square meters. Walter Herz provided advisory support during the contract renegotiation process.
Swedish multimarket chain Jula is opening its 24th shop in Poland at the end of March, in Pasaż Górczewska on Górczewska Street in Warsaw. The area of the store is 2,200 sqm, of which the sales area is approximately 1,700 sqm.
Ing Hubs Poland is opening a new office in Warsaw's The Form office building. It will occupy 7,200 sqm on three floors of the complex.
New appointments
Balint Szécsényi has resigned as a member of GTC's supervisory board with immediate effect. The resignation was announced by the company's Board of Directors.
Katarzyna Jaworska has joined Colliers' office department, taking on the position of Associate Director. In her new role, Katarzyna will be responsible for office lease consultancy for public sector clients.
Krystian Pachówka joined AEW Europe as Head of Asset Management Logistics Poland in February this year. In the CEE region, AEW manages properties in the office, retail and logistics sectors.
