Progresus and Garbe finish industrial centre in West Bohemia
A new logistics and industrial centre was opened in the area between Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří (west of Prague near the German border) for CZK 520 million (€21.4 million). The construction of the Garbe Park Klášterec II project with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm was completed in eight months. Representatives of the Progresus investment group and the developer and co-investor Garbe have already handed over the building to the main tenant, the German manufacturer of sealing systems Isolite.

New leases
- Global AI has entered the Romanian market by leasing 600 sqm of office space within the Bucharest-based Tower Center International building owned by Globalworth. The transaction was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
- XXS GYM has signed a lease for over 850 sqm of space in the modern O3 Business Campus office complex, located on Opolska Street in the northern part of Cracow.
- Alior Bank has extended its lease at Ocean Office Park B in Kraków to accommodate its Private Banking Department. The deal, supported by brokerage firm CBRE, marks the final stage of a two-year consolidation of the bank's Kraków operations. Following the expansion, the bank occupies approximately 7,000 sqm within the Cavatina Group-owned complex.
New appointments
- Avison Young has strengthened its Polish leadership with three senior promotions. Patryk Błach ascends to Associate Director within the Investment Advisory Department. Kamil Głowienka has been named Senior Project Manager. Furthermore, Katarzyna Uzar becomes a Valuation and Innovation Specialist, tasked with integrating technological solutions and coordinating global departmental projects.
- Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
- Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
