Vectr Realty, a subsidiary of Vectr Holdings, has purchased The Landmark office project in Bucharest from Revetas Capital and affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management for an undisclosed sum.
Five new brands will soon open their shops in Galeria Echo, owned by EPP in Kielce. The flagship HalfPrice store will occupy almost 3,200 sqm. Sports brands will also join the tenants of the facility: Salewa, The North Face and Under Armour, making their debut in Kielce. In addition to them, the brand DlaSpania will open its first showroom in the city here.
Warta is joining the group of tenants at The Park Kraków complex. The insurance company will occupy 1,700 sqm in building B2. The transaction was brokered by the consultancy firm JLL, which also acts as project manager for the fit-out work.
SEGRO has signed an agreement with Laboratorium Kosmetyczne Joanna to extend its partnership at SEGRO Park Warsaw, where the company has occupied an area of over 6,800 sqm since 2016.
New appointments
In September 2024, Ewa Andrzejewska took on the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK). In her new role, she will be responsible for co-creating and implementing PINK's strategy and further developing the organisation.
CBRE Poland strengthens the consulting department in the warehouse team. Joanna Choromańska, an expert in advising on land sales and BTS investments, has just joined the agency.
Andrzej Szczepanik has been promoted to manager of the Colliers office in Łódź. In his new role, he will be responsible for, among others, maintaining client relations, acquiring new business partners and building development strategies.
