Tuopu chooses 7R and opens e-car parts factory in Poznań
The 7R City Park Poznań complex will house the first European plant of the Ningbo Tuopu Group, a Chinese automotive company. Tuopu cooperates with global brands from the automotive sector, such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Ford, Geely and General Motors. The Poznań factory, with an area of over 30 000 sqm, will produce components for electric cars. It will employ 450 people.

Automotive companies in Bulgaria expect higher revenues
Colliers International, Automotive Cluster Bulgaria and Pwc conducted a second consecutive survey of the automotive industry in Bulgaria. There are approximately 130 automotive companies in the country, producing components for top international automotive brands. These are predominantly Tier 1, 2 and 3 suppliers and include producers, which service other industries as well.

Prologis has launched a car sharing service that is available to employees free of charge in four Prologis parks (Budapest M1, Sziget, Harbor és Gyál) in the vicinity of Budapest.

New car sharing service launched in Budapest
Mol unveiled its new car sharing service Mol Limo in Budapest which operates a fully electric fleet. 300 Volkswagen up! cars are available for rent at a pay-per-minute basis.

New leases
- Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
- Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.
- iLogic, an official distributor of Delphi Tools, has leased 3,400 sqm of modern space at MLP Wrocław. This transaction completes the commercialisation of the 66,000 sqm warehouse complex. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported the tenant during the negotiation and lease agreement process.
New appointments
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
- PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
