CTP has acquired 95,000 sqm of buildings from Australian company Cromwell Property Group, representing the largest transaction on the Romanian logistics market in 2020.  With this acquisition, the company expands CTPark Bucharest, thus reaching over 500,000 sqm of rentable space, occupied by over 100 customers. This acquisition aligns with CTP's strategy to create business communities and parks with complex infrastructure, thus supporting residents' businesses.

Fashion outlet developer, Fashion House Group has announced the opening of the third phase of Fashion House Outlet Centre Militari in Bucharest.

Nusco Imobiliara, one of the largest real estate developers in Romania, named Crosspoint Real Estate as a sales agent for its newest residential project, Nusco City, located in the capital’s Pipera area.

Impact Developer & Contractor has started the construction works of the fourth phase of the Greenfield Băneasa residential compound. This will include Impact's first commercial project, Greenfield Plaza, with 7,258 sqm of space for trade and services and 1,184 sqm of office space. The entire project has a value of €12 million and it will be built with RCTI Company s.r.l. with which Impact signed a contract worth €7.5 million. At the same time, Impact is also investing €500,000 in the green areas of its Luxuria Residence compound located in Bucharest’s Expoziției area.

The cosmetics, food supplements and parapharmaceuticals company Green Net has leased 2,500 sqm in Chitila Logistics Hub, developed by Globalworth and Global Vision. The leasing process was carried out virtually.

CBRE was appointed by developer Skanska to provide property management services for the Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 office buildings, located in the central-western area of Bucharest. The two projects total 38,000 sqm, increasing the portfolio managed by CBRE in Romania to approximately 840,000 sqm of office space and shopping centres.

The office market in Bucharest continues to grow, with 124,000 of modern office space delivered in the first nine months of the year ​​388,000 sqm more in the pipeline, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. The commercial stock of office buildings in Bucharest reaches about 2.9 million square meters with an additional 150,000 sqm of owner-occupied stock.

South African investment fund RMH plans to invest €200 million in the mixed-use real estate project planned around the Romexpo exhibition centre in Bucharest by Romanian businessman Iulian Dascalu and Atterbury Bucharest, the local subsidiary of South African investor Atterbury Europe (which is 37.5% owned by RMH). RMH will own a quarter of the project, according to Profit.ro.

Romanian lender BCR, part of Austria’s Erste Group Bank, has reportedly reached an agreement to sell the Bucharest Financial Plaza office building on Calea Victoriei that served as the headquarters of defunct state lender Bancorex.  The buyer is a German investor and the details of the deal will be announced in early December, Economica.net reports.

CTP has inaugurated a new logistics centre in ctPark Bucharest West for one of the largest retail companies in Romania. Started in December 2019 and finished in September 2020, the new warehouse for Profi Romania became operational only one month after the completion of construction. The warehouse has a total area of ​​56,500 sqm, which can be extended by another 10,000 sqm. CTP’s investment in the project was €29 million (RON 140 million).
