New offices totaling 132,200 sqm were delivered on the Bucharest market during the third quarter, making it the best ever in terms of supply, while 9-months deliveries reached 178,000 sqm, according to real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Hungarian Indotek Group is in advanced negotiations to purchase the office building One Victoriei Center in Bucharest. 

Real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate estimates that all 256 apartments in Vulcan Residence based in Bucharest will be sold by the second half of 2023. The agency is the exclusive seller of the project, which is NEPI Rockcastle’s first residential investment in Romania. 

The inauguration of the extension of Colosseum Mall in northern Bucharest was pushed back by spring 2022 due to the health crisis.  

Hagag Development Europe has officially opened the trading day on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) on October 24. The property developer has raised around €28 million after going public last August on TASE.
