CPIPG sells half of Vulcanion portfolio in Poland

CPIPG has announced further progress in the Group’s strategy to reduce leverage. CPIPG and its subsidiaries, CPI FIM SA and Czech Property Investments have signed a partnership agreement through which CPIPG is going to sell a 49% common equity stake in Vulcanion for €250 million to funds managed by Sona Asset Management.

New leases

The Symetris Business Park office complex in Łódź, managed by EPP, has concluded new agreements with four tenants for a total area of over 1,200 sqm. Iris Telecommunication Poland will occupy an office of nearly 650 sqm. Nearly 370 sqm of space will be taken by Xsys, while Archicom will occupy 210 sqm of space. The property's catering offer has also been expanded - Café Book&Cook has been launched on the ground floor of Building B.
Spanish brand Kamalion has joined the tenants of Warsaw's Blue City. The mobile phone accessories shop is located on level -1 and occupies an area of 111 sqm.
A Skin & Beauty by Super-Pharm salon - a concept store, which is a combination of a drugstore and perfumery - has opened in Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw. It will occupy an area of 240 sqm.

New appointments

Marzena Szeller has joined the Redkom Development team. In her position as Leasing Manager, she will support the commercialisation of the facilities in the company's portfolio.
Bartosz Guss will take up the post of General Director of the Polish Association of Developers from 1st of July. He is a local government officer who has been involved in real estate and cooperated with business for more than 20 years.
Ewelina Ostaszewska has joined the Greenfields - Real Estate team. The expert has joined the ranks of the Land Property Department - Living sector.
