AUTODOC becomes the largest tenant in Accolade Park Szczecin

The construction of the last hall of the biggest industrial park in Poland in which Accolade invested has begun. With 229,000 sqm of 100% leased GLA, Park Szczecin is one of the biggest multi-let parks in the country and will be fully completed in early 2022. From the very beginning, AUTODOC Logistics – Polish branch of the international AUTODOC Group, one of the leading players in the automotive aftermarket – has been growing together with Accolade and Szczecin Park and successfully expanding. With the fourth hall and a total leased space of 74,100 sqm, AUTODOC is now one of the largest tenants in the Polish part of Accolade’s portfolio.

New leases

Woori Bank, one of the four largest banks in South Korea, will open its first office in Poland in the Park Postępu office complex in Warsaw. The tenant, which will occupy approximately 400 sqm, was supported by Itra Polska as an advisor. Woori Bank will occupy the office in December this year.
Moët Hennessy Polska, an LVMH company and part of the luxury products group, has signed a lease at Metropolitan Warszawa. Moët Hennessy Polska has leased 600 sqm of office space there.
Apollo-Rida, owner and manager of the Equal Business Park office complex in Kraków, has leased further office space totalling nearly 1,000 sqm. The new tenants are BRB Central Eastern Europe and Roeslein & Associates Poland.

New appointments

Agnieszka Niezgodzka joined Accolade as Associate Director of Asset Management. Her duties will be growing the portfolio and increasing the value of the properties.
Bartłomiej Polnik has joined Savills as Associate Director, Senior Project & Development Manager PRS & Living Sectors in the PBC department.
Katarzyna Chwalbińska-Kusek has taken on the role of business line head specialising in complex ESG consulting and will lead a multidisciplinary team of experts at Baker Tilly TPA.
