Industrial and logistics developer VGP has leased 10,000 sqm in VGP Park Arad project to Romanian courier company FAN Courier. Following the latest lease deal, the industrial project has reached full occupancy for its first building.
AFI Europe has completed the construction of its first retail park developed in Romania, located in the city center of Arad, with its inauguration scheduled for November 1.
CTP has started the development of a new industrial project in Arad with a leasable area of around 100,000 sqm. CTPark Arad West will be the third project owned by CTP in the city.
Industrial developer WDP has purchased Arad Business Park, with a leasable area of around 42,000 sqm, for an undisclosed sum in a transaction brokered by real estate consultancy Colliers.
Property group Immofinanz says it has sold the former retail project Armonia Center Arad to investment fund Oresa for an undisclosed sum. The buyer plans to develop a mixed-use scheme with industrial and retail components.
The gastronomic offer of the BIG Łubna retail park near Warsaw has expanded with the Sphinx restaurant. The premises, with an area of almost 400 sqm, were opened in October.
Interpneu Polska, a distributor of tyres and rims has renewed its lease for approximately 6,000 sqm of space in the MLP Poznań logistics centre. Of this, approximately 5,700 sqm is designated for warehouse use, while around 225 sqm is allocated for office and social areas.
Agfa-Gevaert Group has extended its lease of office space in Oxygen Park. The company signed its first lease in the Warsaw complex in 2014. Under the new agreement, it will stay in Oxygen Park for the next six years. The headquarters of the Polish branch of Agfa covers 1,160 sqm. of office space and is located on the 3rd floor of Building B.
New appointments
Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska has resigned from her position as a member of the Supervisory Board and chair of the Audit Committee of Ghelamco Invest. The position of member of Ghelamco's Supervisory Board will be filled by Lidia Jabłonowska-Luby. An existing member of the Audit Committee, Jarosław Myjak, was also appointed to act as chairman of the Audit Committee.
MLP Group is from now on working with a smaller board of directors. Monika Dobosz has resigned from her position. She had served on the company's board since July 2022, when she was appointed to the board together with Agnieszka Góźdź.
After almost eight years at the helm of Savills IM's Polish office, Piotr Trzcinski is leaving the firm. He joined Savills IM in 2017.
