SWM Poland has extended its contract for over 15,500 sqm of warehouse and production space in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. The company has been operating in the SEGRO park since 2010 and uses the leased space for the production and storage of advanced SWM films, adhesive tapes, foams, meshes and fibers. The transaction was brokered by the AXI IMMO agency.
SWM Poland, the American leader in the field of engineering solutions among paper producers, has been present in Poland for 12 years. Its headquarters in the country is located in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków, where, among others, high-quality, self-extinguishing paper.
"The extension of the contract with SEGRO was a formality. We cannot imagine running our business elsewhere due to great cooperation and location. The possibility of adapting the space to our needs, which works well in everyday activities, also decided about the continuation of activities in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. An important factor for us is also the security of work continuity, related to the guarantee of favorable energy prices, which SEGRO negotiates with suppliers in a long-term plan and ensures their constant level for customers for several years," says Marcin Adamowicz, Plant Manager, SWM Poland.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is the largest SEGRO park in Central Europe. On as much as 85 ha of the investment area, where there is over 300,000 sqm of warehouse and production space, and another almost 100,000 sqm can be developed for the needs of existing or new customers. The park is located only 8 km from the administrative borders of Łódź, near the A2/E30 motorway and 3 km from the junction connecting the A2 motorway with A1/E75.
