The Romanian unit of Strabag has been selected as generator contractor for the construction of a new office building for PPF Real Estate in Bucharest.
The planned ARC office building will have a leasable area of 30,000 sqm and will expand the company’s office portfolio in the city that already includes two projects.
Juraj Šaštinský, PPF Real Estate’s Investment Director, said he is confident that the new project will be among top-notch office spaces in Bucharest and Romania.
The building will meet sustainability criteria and is slated for completion in 2026, according to the developer.
PPF Real Estate develops and manages commercial and residential projects across several markets in Europe and the US.
