The used cars platform operator Spotawheel has leased over 800 sqm of office space and an additional 11,000 sqm showroom outdoor space in the Sema Parc - Paris building, which is developed by River Development.

The transaction was brokered by real estate consultancy JLL. The leased space benefits from flexible features and the building has received the Breeam Excellent certification.

“We want to work in safe and technology-enabled environments in order to scale our people and our business in the right direction. We feel Sema Parc is the right fit for us to achieve our scalability goals while expanding in Romania. We are delighted to soon be part of such a promising and growing community,” said Charilaos Arvanitis, Spotawheel’s CEO.

With the office lease transaction, Spotawheel has marked its entry on the Romanian market.

Sema Parc has around 1 million sqm and is one of the largest urban regeneration projects under development in Romania. Two new office buildings covering 31,500 sqm were slated for delivery in the complex this year.
