Speedwell says it has completed the construction works for the first 123 apartments in the mixed-use urban regeneration project Paltim, based in Timișoara. The delivery of the apartments is expected in Q1 2024.
At present, almost 60% of the residential units in the first phase have already been sold. The second phase of the project will add 113 more apartments.
Furthermore, Speedwell will rehabilitate two historic buildings in the project that will be converted into contemporary spaces. As the development continues, more commercial facilities will be added in the project.
Speedwell has continued to invest in Timișoara by buying the land of a former textile factory. Going forward, the developer will plan an urban regeneration project in this area.
The company’s portfolio comprises office, residential and mixed-use schemes in Bucharest and regional cities.
