News Article Speedwell signs general contractor for Bucharest office project

Speedwell has designated Bog’Art as the general contractor in charge of Miro, the company’s newest office project located in the Băneasa area of Bucharest. Miro project will offer its tenants 23,000 sqm of Class A office space spread out over 5 levels. The project has been granted the building permit and works have already started.


Since sustainability is a priority for all Speedwell’s projects, Miro was designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and a WELL certification, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency while applying the latest technology.

Presently, approximately 40% of the office space has been leased by KPMG. This is one of the biggest transactions on the office market in recent months. KPMG’s employees will move to their new office at the end of 2021.
