Speedwell has launched sales for the second phase of Triama Residence, the residential compound developed in Bucharest, so a new stock of apartments is now available. The developer is starting a new building, after selling more than 90% of the apartments built in the first phase, which will be delivered at the end of this year.
Located on Baia de Aramă Street, near Basarabia Boulevard and just a few minutes away from Costin Georgian subway station, Triama Residence comprises 3 buildings with a total of 202 apartments. The project includes studios, 2 and 3-room units designed to create comfortable and efficient spaces, with a 2.75 m free height and generous terraces. Each apartment will have a Viessmann heating system, Schuco joinery, quality floors from Egger and Marazzi, and Pinum doors.
“Through our projects, we aim to build a higher standard of quality compared to what the residential market is offering presently. We are happy to see that our clients appreciate the project and we will keep our promise when it comes to quality and delivery. Triama Residence will create a new community while also contributing to reconfiguring an area appreciated by many” stated Didier Balcaen, General Manager of Speedwell.
Speedwell is present on the Romanian market with a consistent real estate portfolio that includes Record Park in Cluj-Napoca, MIRO and The Ivy in Bucharest, Paltim in Timișoara, and Riverside City in Râmnicu-Vâlcea, together with the above-mentioned project in Bucharest.
