Belgian real estate developer Didier Balcaen is investing €15 million in a residential project called Triama Residence in the National Arena neighbourhood of Bucharest, profit.ro reports.
In total, there will be 200 homes, in three towers of 11 floors, on a plot of about 6,000 square meters. Triama Residence will include units ranging from 37.7 sqm studios to 73.6 sqm three-bedroom apartments. Prices will start at €50,000 plus VAT.
The project is to be completed in 2020 by Speedwell, which recently completed the development of the Unirii View office building.
