Sorin Visoianu, Country Manager of Operations for Romania and Bulgaria at Immofinanz has left this position after eight years with the company, zf.ro reports.
Visoianu was appointed Immofinanz' Country Manager in 2010. Prior to that, between 2007 and 2010, he served as Director of Real Estate Development for River Invest, the developer of the Sema Parc office project.
Immofinanz’s main assets in Romania include Iride Business Park, Metroffice, S-Park, Victoria Park, Baneasa Airport Tower and four Vivo! shopping centres, located in Cluj-Napoca, Pitesti, Constanta, and Baia Mare.
