Slovenian company Iskra has become the new owner of a pharmaceutical industrial/logistics asset in Montenegro, located in Donja Gorica, on the outskirts of Podgorica. In addition to this acquisition, Iskra also bought several pharmacies in Montenegro, ekapija reports.


The acquisition was coordinated by Colliers International in Montenegro.

The Iskra Group is owned by one of the richest entrepreneurs of Slovenia, former minister Dušan Šešok. Founded in 1946, Iskra is a globally recognized provider of intelligent industrial solutions and electrotechnical products.
