Developer Corwin has finished the residential complex Kvartet in Ljubljana. The first foreign project of a Slovak developer in Slovenia has obtained a valid building use approval and is almost completely sold out.

Corwin began the construction of four Kvartet residential towers with 236 one- to four-room apartments on 16 floors in the summer of 2020. This was preceded by a change in the zoning plan and obtaining permits, which took approximately two and a half years in Ljubljana. The Slovenian architect Špela Videčnik was responsible for the design of the project.

Green areas in the centre of the project together with the terraces on the upper floors serve to collect rainwater. At the same time, they provide space for leisure time activities. "The Kvartet offers city life with a touch of nature. We located all 270 parking spaces under the ground and optimized the volume of the building to create a place for a green park, a children's playground and a space for socializing open to the surroundings," explains project manager Tomaž Cirkvenčič.
