Skanska has acquired the Key office project in Prague’s Pankrác district from ČSAD Praha Holding for an undisclosed sum. The developer plans to start construction works before year-end.
Key will be Skanska’s biggest office project in Prague so far, offering 37,000 sqm of modern office space in two phases, on the site of a former bus station. The project is aiming for LEED Platinum and WELL certificates.
Skanska plans to break ground before the end of the year with a completion date set for 2019.
