Skanska and local developer Prime Kapital might share the 11-hectare Griro platform in Bucharest, controlled by businessmen Nicolae Badea and Fatih Taher, in a €50 million transaction, according to market sources.

According to market sources, Skanska plans to develop an office complex on 3 hectares of land and Prime Kapital would use the remaining 8 hectares for a new retail development.

Griro manufactures products for applications in refineries, petrochemicals, gas industries, and power plants. The production facilities would be relocated as a result of a successful transaction.
