Israeli company Shikun & Binui has signed an exclusive letter of intent to acquire the 76,000 sqm Hermes Business Campus office complex in Northern Bucharest from Belgian developer Atenor, according to profit.ro.
Atenor’s first development on the Romanian market consists of three buildings. The tenants of the 76,000 sqm Hermes Business Campus office complex include the Dutch Embassy, Genpact, Luxoft, DB Schenker, Idea Bank and Lavalin.
“We have signed an agreement for the purchase of a 76,000 sqm building that we intend to buy after all legal steps are taken. It is a big investment, about € 150 million,” Favi Stelian, Country Manager at Shikun & Binui told profit.ro.
