Czech developer Sekyra Group plans to launch the construction of the Rohan City development project in Q1 2021, lidovky.cz reports.


The construction will be divided into five stages. As part of the first stage, 200 apartments will be built. The apartments are already for sale with prices starting at about €180,000 (CZK 4.7 million). Construction work will also begin on two office buildings this year, one of which is to house the new headquarters of Sekyra Group

A kilometre-long promenade on the river bank will as created as part of Rohan City, within walking distance of the Invalidovna metro station.

The cost of building the first stage of Rohan City is estimated at about CZK 2 billion. The whole project should take 10-12 years to complete and cost CZK 17 billion. The developer expects that up to 11,000 people will find housing and work there.
