Three tenants – LPP, Investa and Centor – have decided to extend their leases in Segro Logistics Park Stryków near Łódź, in deals that together amount to almost 80,000 sqm.
The most recent lease extension has just been signed by Australian company Centor, which specialises in the production of integrated terrace doors, mosquito net systems and roller shutters. It has occupied around 3,400 sqm of production space in the park for the last four years.
Stainless steel and aluminium distributor Investa has also prolonged its lease of 29,900 sqm in the complex.
The largest lease extension has been signed by Polish clothing group LPP which operates a 46,600 sqm e-fulfilment centre in the park.
Segro Logistics Park Stryków comprises more than 300,000 sqm of production and warehouse space, which could eventually be expanded to 400,000 sqm. The complex is located close to the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways. All newly constructed buildings in the park are BREEAM certified.
