Scott.Weber Workspace has leased new premises in the heart of Prague's Smíchov district, which is fast becoming an important centre of the capital.

A new private flexible office and coworking centre will be built on 4,000 sqm in the IDEA Office Building. The leasing deal has been secured by the consulting company Prochazka & Partners.

The current  Scott.Weber Workspace has been operating within the Anděl Park office building for several years and will close this year at the end of June.

"After 12 years of operation of the Anděl Park centre, we have a new Scott.Weber centre in the IDEA Office Building, which reflects current trends in the working environment and brings innovations that meet our requirements. We've put a special emphasis on community and event spaces - the entire ground floor of the centre will be dedicated to event spaces where our members can meet, be inspired and build important professional and personal relationships. The new IDEA Center demonstrates our commitment to creating an inspiring work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation and work-life balance," said Adam Zvada, Founder and CEO at Scott.Weber Workspace.

"I am pleased that Prochazka & Partners can be part of such projects as the expansion of Scott.Weber Workspace coworking centres in the Czech Republic," added Radek Prochazka, Managing Partner at Prochazka & Partners.

The IDEA Office Building is owned by the real estate fund NEMO founded by the investment group Českomoravská Nemovitostní. The building has undergone a partial reconstruction in recent months.
