Scott.Weber Workspace is expanding its coworking premises entering new buildings in Prague, Ostrava and Brno and opening 16,500 sqm of new offices for more than 2,000 people.

This fall, Scott.Weber Workspace will expand its premises at the current Churchill location near the Prague Central Station while using the premises of Deloitte, and at the beginning of 2025 at the Dock location in Prague 8.

The company plans further expansion in 2025. It will offer new serviced offices and coworking in the PernerKa building in Prague's Karlín and the smart Organica building in Ostrava. PernerKa in Karlín will provide a working environment for 500 workers on 4,000 sqm. The location, which will be available to clients from December 2025, will also have an event centre with a capacity of 300 people. In the Organica building in Ostrava Scott.Weber will offer 4,400 sqm of space and 565 workplaces, an event zone for 100 people, and its cafe as of May next year. In 2027, the company is preparing a 5,200 sqm flexible space and coworking centre with facilities for 600 employees and a private five-hundred-metre terrace in the Dornych location near Brno Central Station.

The flexible office market includes 146,000 sqm of leasable space in the Czech Republic, of which Scott.Weber Workspace provides and manages 58,000 sqm. "We announced at the end of 2022 that we want to cover 50% of the flexible office market. We are now within reach of this step – by the end of the year we plan to sign three more locations of flexible office space and coworking, representing an additional 12,500 square meters. This will grow Scott.Weber Workspace to 20 locations with a total leasable area exceeding 70,000 sqm," commented Adam Zvada, CEO and founder at Scott.Weber Workspace, and noted that the company had a 33% market share at the beginning of the year.

“Before COVID, we were a space provider for companies of all sizes and different work styles,” says Zvada. However, the pandemic brought about a fundamental change, and Scott.Weber Workspace thus focused on the individual needs of groups. In 2024, Scott.Weber Workspace transitions to a lifestyle hospitality company.
