Czech investment company REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s. (REICO IS ČS) as of February has appointed Savills as property manager for its Prague office complex Bořislavka. Savills will work in cooperation with Active Retail Asset Management (ARAM) who will manage the retail scheme within the asset.
 


Bořislavka Centrum is located in the prestigious area of Prague 6 on Evropská třída. The complex comprises four class A office buildings with a total leasable area of 30,000 sqm and almost 10,000 sqm of retail space with 60 retail units on the ground floor. It also includes more than 4,000 sqm of public spaces consisting of food and beverage outlets, greenery, areas to relax and water features. The office premises are fully let, with high-profile tenants such as KKCG, KKCG REG, Sazka, SAZKA Group, MND, KKCG Technologies, Škofin, Pražská vodohospodářská společnost, IGT Czech Republic and MM&C. The asset was recognised as the ‘Best International Office Development 2019/2020’ at the International Property Awards and received a LEED Gold certification. It also won the Best of Realty 2021 competition in the New Administrative Centres category and was awarded Environmental Project of the Year.

ČS nemovitostní fond managed by REICO acquired the Bořislavka Centrum complex in February 2022, bringing the total number of properties in its portfolio to 21. The fund now owns nine assets in the Czech Republic, seven in Slovakia and five in Poland. 

Savills' property management department in Prague was established in April 2017 and has since grown to more than 35 people. Currently, the team manages a portfolio of 595,000 sqm, including office buildings, industrial parks, mixed-use and retail projects.

New appointments

  • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
