OKAM Global Commercial, a new commercial real estate company founded by residential developer OKAM Capital, has appointed Savills as property manager for its recently acquired office building at 16 Lindleya Street in Warsaw.


Savills will have a total of approximately 4,855 sqm under management in the building, which offers office units sized between 13 and 2,800 sqm that can be flexibly combined to suit individual occupier requirements. The office building boasts a prime location in the centre of Warsaw, right next to Starynkiewicza Square and Warsaw Central Railway Station.

In addition to the 16 Lindleya building in Warsaw, the portfolio of OKAM Global Commercial also includes Łódź.Work, an office scheme in Łódź. The company also offers office, retail and service units in a mixed-use development BOHEMA in Warsaw, and ground-level retail and service premises in residential projects in Warsaw and Katowice, and in the Piotrkowska 217 zone in Łódź.
