Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as the letting agent for the office space in Diamante Plaza in Kraków.

Diamante Plaza is a four-storey building with 10,000 sqm of class A office space. Its name means diamond and the building’s elevation refers to the diamond’s black variety - carbonado. The office building is located in Kraków’s Zabłocie district, which has excellent transportation links with the city centre and enjoys easy access to a vast array of services and F&B outlets including restaurants, cafés, shops and fitness clubs. The property also provides a two-level underground car park with more than 190 spaces, as well as a canteen, two conference rooms and a kindergarten. The owner of the building is an investment fund Catalyst Capital.

“Diamante Plaza boasts a prime location. The Zabłocie district of Krakow has recently changed beyond recognition. Old industrial facilities have been refurbished or replaced by modern office buildings and upmarket residential estates built next to many cultural and educational institutions. Diamante Plaza was built from the highest quality materials and features modern technological solutions. Its glass façade permits natural light into the interior, which provides a very comfortable and friendly workplace, while its easily adaptable space allows for flexible office designs,” says Dominika Cyrbus, Savills Krakow office.
