Savills is moving its headquarters to new office space within the Masaryčka project in the centre of Prague. An additional 50% floor space is giving the Savills the foundation to expand its headcount towards 100 employees over the next phase of the business.

Penta Real Estate completed the Masaryčka project at the end of 2023. From the outset, the project has attracted significant attention from the professional community and the general public, even far beyond the country's borders. Designed by the world-renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, Masaryčka consists of two buildings offering AAA-class office spaces and two floors of retail areas. Both Masaryčka buildings have received the international LEED Platinum certification for green buildings.

"The Czech Republic is recognised as a stable economy, making it a trusted market for commercial real estate operations. Savills entry into the Czech market in 2017 was a strategic and logical decision, and it has proven successful. I am confident that our professional and experienced team will be able to thrive in such a building," says Stuart Jordan, CEO at Savills CEE.

Pavel Streblov, Business Director at Penta Real Estate, adds: "Masaryčka is our flagship. The wider surroundings of Masaryk Railway Station is changing from a neglected brownfield into a modern business district. We are glad that Savills also joined the club. The offices in Masaryčka are currently completely sold out.”
