Savills has entered into a partnership with the owner of Vipol Plaza and has been acting as a sole letting agent for the office complex since early 2020. The property is located near the new section of Warsaw’s second metro line.
Vipol Plaza is a complex of three office buildings in Młynarska Street, in Warsaw’s Wola district. It offers a total of nearly 20,000 sqm of Class A and B+ office space. Amenities available at the site include Innogy’s electric vehicle charging station, a car wash, a conference centre, a restaurant with a garden, and ample parking spaces. The owner of the property is Vipol.
Vipol Plaza I has been fully let. Vacant spaces are still available in the smaller building Vipol Plaza II, and in Vipol Plaza III, the newest building of the complex. Large tenants not needing offices for immediate occupancy can also lease spaces in the planned fourth building of the office complex.
Savills supports the landlord in the commercialisation of the scheme.
