SAP Hungary has recently renewed its office lease agreement for over 18,000 sqm at Graphisoft Park, where the software company has been present in the past 18 years.
Following the lease deal, the offices hosting SAP will undergo a modernization that will focus on the transition to green operations.
“This business park provides us with a long-term solution without compromise, which not only meets the needs of our rapidly developing company but also aligns with our highest standards of innovation and sustainability,” says Szabolcs Pintér, Managing Director of SAP Hungary.
Miklós Ecsődi, Director, Head of Occupier Services at Colliers Hungary, which worked with SAP on the lease deal, added: “The office building will transition to green operations, with the installation of an electric heating and cooling system that will reduce carbon emissions and contribute to sustainable operations.”
Graphisoft Park, covering more than 80,000 sqm, is located in the North-Buda submarket, directly along the Danube River.

To date, the business park has attracted a community of tenants with a strong tech background.
