The RSJ investment group has completed the reconstruction of the U Červené lišky (At the Red Fox) building on Old Town Square in Prague. The investment group RSJ has owned the property U Červené lišky since December 2021 and evaluated the purchase more as a matter of the heart than as an investment.

The reconstruction included a roofing of the courtyard due to the operation of a new restaurant. Hand in hand with the modifications for the restaurant, the rest of the building was also undergoing reconstruction. The attic now houses completely new air exchange and treatment technologies.

While the ground floor and basement areas welcomed the first visitors to the restaurant at the end of last year, the rest of the building was still bustling with activity. The back tract of the building towards Kožní Street and the 2nd floor of the front part of the building were prepared for the interactive visual exhibition Praga Magica. The remaining spaces of the 1st floor with windows to the Old Town clock and part of the attic two floors above will be used for organising events.

"It was an unusual building on the market, and even though we calculated the time and financial demands of the reconstruction, we thought that the "fox" and its future visitors deserve it," commented the investment decision Libor Winkler, CEO partner at RSJ.
