Meta Estate Trust, the Romanian property investment holding, has appointed Raluca Drăgan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She has more than 17 years’ worth of experience in the financial sector, and she has previously held the CFO position at One United Properties.
Drăgan graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in finance and banking. She is a member of the Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR).
“I first joined the company as a shareholder and then I accepted the challenge of actively contributing to its development alongside the other members of the management team,” said the new CFO.
In late September, the holding approved a capital increase of 35.9 million lei (€7.2 million) and next April Meta Estate Trust aims to go public on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
