Power Systems giant Rolls-Royce has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to an expanded role supporting its global property requirements following a competitive tender process.
The appointment extends a partnership which first began in the US in 2012, expanded into Europe the following year and has now been extended further into Asia-Pacific, a key growth market for the firm, and South America.
Rolls-Royce provides products and services across five business areas of Civil Aerospace, Defence Aerospace, Marine, Nuclear and Power Systems. Its property portfolio encompasses offices, manufacturing facilities, test centres, storage and associated real estate
The contract will be managed by Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) business, under the account leadership of Ed Neild. The firm will deliver transaction management, occupier management, strategic consultancy and lease administration services – with teams embedded in key Rolls-Royce sites.
