Local real estate developer Rock Development, controlled by a subsidiary of UniCredit Group, has launched the construction of the Avrig Park Residence residential project in Bucharest’s Bucur Obor area.
Avrig Park Residence will comprise 325 apartments, commercial space and 405 parking spaces, following an investment of €30 million. The project is financed by UniCredit Bank.
The first phase (122 apartments) is planned to be completed in June 2021, according to real estate consulting company SVN which acts as exclusive agent for the project.
