Piraeus Bank is about the sell the Landmark office buildings in Central Bucharest to Revetas Capital, ZF has learnt.
According to ZF’s calculations, the property should sell for around €60-70 million. The three buildings of the Landmark complex offer 22,000 sqm of office space. The project was delivered in 2016.
