Revetas, the pan-European real estate investment advisor, has named Daniel Moldenhauer as Senior Partner. He will work closely with Senior Management and the Investor Relations team.
Moldenhauer is an expert investment banker with 26 years’ worth of experience in capital markets and M&A from leading institutions including Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Originally from Stockholm, he has worked internationally in New York, London, Frankfurt, and more recently in Vienna, and has coordinated investment banking projects in EMEA, North America, and Asia.
Moldenhauer areas of expertise include strategic and financial advisory services to companies and public sector institutions.
“His extensive financial background coupled with international experience across continents constitutes a strategic addition to our Investor Relations team,” said Eric Assimakopoulos, Founding Partner at Revetas Capital.
Moldenhauer is an alumnus of Wharton Business School and Cambridge University and holds a diploma from Harvard Business School Executive Education. He speaks fluent Swedish, German and English, intermediate French and basic Russian.
